Is there a solution for the removed Upgrade Wizards?

When running an upgrade from an older version (TYPO3 v10) many things are different, in general. Next to a few tools and some knowledge built up over the years, there are the upgrade wizards.

But all the wizards are removed from t3sbootstrap. That is consistent it seems, each upgrade wizard lasts only a few subversions. The latest source shows zero upgrade wizards.

There are older websites, even still running on gridelements. Do you have a suggestion how to solve this in general?

Going from 4.5.2 to 5.3.18 in one stretch, so... it's not a complaint. And as I tried to include the old wizards classes, and update them (which I haven't finished), I understand it is a lot of extra work to maintain this.

On the other hand, it is a use case that can appear in more projects, I pressume.

Anyway, in the current case, I'm updating manually, it is manageable.
