Mind Map for individual users

Hi,

In the moodle comments you mention "Its probably possible to play with permissions and make it individually accessible".
For a project we really require this functionality and I am willing to implement this. However, the world of moodle mods is new to me.
If you could provide me with some initial guidance I could try to implement it and create a pull request.
