Multiple otp per pass file?

I'm in a situation where my Microsoft account is added to another organization. Both organizations use 2fa. So now I have one email and password but two otp codes...

Would it be possible to support for multiple otp per pass file with labels. Something like:

org-a: otpauth://...
org-b: otpauth://...
