When a PR is pushed from Specimin, developer will edit the
specimin/src/main/resources/target_status.json
to specify which target will get pass/fail. A diff will be carried between the specimin'starget_status.json
and script generated status report. CI will pass or fail based on the diff resultPR on specimin will be requested after this getting merged (pr)
