Hi there

Will it be possible to add an option to turn on a view in the leftbar (or perhaps the bottom bar) to make it clear which scale (days, weeks, months) is currently being viewed?

I think it's a good idea to allow styling based on certain plugin state information, so this could probably be implemented. Perhaps the plugin can toggle semantically-named CSS classes on the main element when its state changes, and any desired visual styles can be defined in a custom stylesheet?
