findfont: Generic family 'sans-serif', and the words in output .pdf file cannot be edited #725

Hi,
warnings like :
WARNING Shade: None found in coordinates, skipping
and:
findfont: Generic family 'sans-serif' not found because none of the following families were found: Helvetica

the words in the output pdf file cannot be edited but like a outlines in the Adobe Illustrator,

I searched on the this issues, and the answers like install the latest latex,
my latex was installed in the dir: /software/texlive/2023/bin/x86_64-linux/latex
and the version was:
tex -v
TeX 3.141592653 (TeX Live 2023)
kpathsea version 6.3.5
Copyright 2023 D.E. Knuth.

any body knows how to solve this problem?

Maybe similar to #489? Try running the command with --notex and let me know if that works.
