Changes in Reader:
Done several optimizations in the PyTangoArchiving.Reader class to
solve the hung/scale issues:
- Using simple tuples instead of AttributeHistory structs in
utils.patch_boolean, getArchivedTrendValues and updateTrendBuffer methods.
- Reorganizing some for loops in methods
- Avoid hung by considering any trend with stop_date>now() to be a
dynamic trend.
- Avoid hung by disabling dynamic scale whenever now() is not in the
actual display range (it caused weird effects on zooming).
- Avoid hung by not querying archiving when the total scale to be
shown is less than 60s and includes some value in the future.

Changes in reader:

There were two separated issues:
* First, the Reader object was called using a different logger for each
curve. This caused the Reader to not consider all thermocouples as part
of a same array, so caches were not shared between curves.
* Second, the trend was passing the latest date in buffer as stop date
instead of using the last date in the X axis. When plotting June
readings just after September readings it asked the archiving for all
June to September readings.

The AliasFile property should allow PyTangoArchiving.Reader object to
load a list of equivalences between attribute names and other stored
attributes (to avoid storing the same value from duplicated sources).
The format of the file will be:

It has been added new modifications to parse aliases and also array
indexes ([11]); a new cache avoids successive loadings of the same
array.
