Add command to auto discover registered langs

i have published lara langs with default translations, and it published about of 78+ langs.

when i run the command "translate:files" and the question "What are the target locales? Comma seperate each lang key" come to my screen, got too lazy to write everything manually.

i think it would be good feature request thats have a command to auto discover registered langs and save into translate config.
