Move Microformats spec refs to own .json

We should talk to @tobie about having a .json file for all Microformat specs. It can then be autoupdated like these ones:

Then you don't need the local biblio and other can easily reference the specs... that's a lot of win right there! 🏆

I think a lot of the microformat specs were added by hand in tobie/specref#370 and tobie/specref#372.
