Supported List of platforms and operating systems for tao? #1095

Is it determined by the EOL of the corresponding operating system version?
For example, Windows platform, should I consider Win7 / Win8 / Win8.1 ? Or From Win10 1607 ?
As far as I know, Win10 22h2 is the minimum supported version currently. (October 14, 2025)

Or is there a specific list of os versions for testing needs? 🤔
