Call ended

Is there a way to determine if the call has ended?
It now just keeps ringing even the call has ended.

For example:

def answer(call):
    try:
        while call.state == CallState.RINGING:
            print(call.state)
            time.sleep(1)
        else:
            print("HANGUP")
