Dear all,I am currently using Topaz version 0.3.7 for particle picking within CryoSPARC v4.5 and have encountered an issue during the training process. I would greatly appreciate your guidance in resolving this problem.
When I run the topaz train command, the process fails with the following error:FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/media/CS/185/topaz_particles_processed_train.txt'
1.Verified that the file image_list_train.txt exists and contains valid image paths.
2.Checked that the hard drive is mounted correctly and accessible.
3.Confirmed that other required files and directories are in place.
4.Found that the file topaz_particles_processed_train.txt is missing.

Hi @Fou-ai , it looks like your issue is that the training particle list is missing, as you said in 4. If you're still facing issues, please post the commands you used to generate it (i.e. topaz convert), and the full error traceback.
