[Suggestion] support for essentials and banmanager

Hi, thanks for nochatreports this plugin, it is the only one that works correctly to override the reports and their symbols in the chat.

My first suggestion is for essentials-chat, when you enable nochatreports the local chat (configured by default for about 30 radius blocks) and the global chat both work as global.
And secondly for banmanager as it doesn't work the mute, when you mute a player he keeps talking when nochatreports enabled.

I think they are two very used plugins and it would be interesting to promote your plugin.
