Backup Beelink

Create a backup SD for beelink and make this part of standard procedure

The beelink has an internal SSD, not an SD card. We should rethink how we're backing things up. Disk image maybe? Or version controlled photonvision configs somehow.

I think a mix of the two the disk image to restore most of it and version control, so we don't need to keep making disk images

@avidraccoon No this has not been done yet. I'm not sure how large the storage is but we could just take a backup of the entire disk and then store it in the team google drive or something like that. We could also version control configs, although it'll be quite tedious to get the beelink connected to the internet (and signed into github and such).
