Divider drag-and-drop problems on IE7 & IE8 #9

On IE8, dragging the divider does not change the projection or burn-up chart. Dragging features works okay.

Last tested against version 0.5. Not checked against IE 7 or IE 9 yet.

Works in IE9 on v0.5, although there are cosmetic issues when you drag anything. (The list "wiggles" as you drag.)

Does not work in IE7 on v0.5. Like IE8, it works initially, but eventually stops updating the projection/burn-up chart as you continue.

(The wiggling problem present in IE9 does not appear in IE7 or IE8.)
