If you send a message to someone and help he can reply you without paying from his pocket, the "paid reply" is the feature. You send message and check this checkbox. There will be double the cost of sending such a message for the round trip. But this is just deposit. If the receiver did not reply the message, the the remaining (return trip) is refunded after message expired.
