It looks like on the testnet CML purchases are centralized and permissioned. Purchase of CML will be decentralized and permissionless on mainnet right?

Short answer:
I guess you were talking about the testnet. There is no CML purchase in mainnet. You have to burn TEA to get the CML seeds in the mainnet. During the test, all the CML you purchases are for test purpose only

Long answer:
In mainnet, there are several ways to get real CML (not test CML)

• You are one of the investors, you get CML frozen seeds from your investment
• You bought from NFT market outside of TEA Project
• You bought CML from the Marketplace inside TEA Project using your TEA token
• You burn your TEA to get the DAO issued CML seeds from the Marketplace inside TEA Project

All the above solutions are permissionless and decentralized.

The current test CML is NOT real mainnet CML. You will need to go to https://wallet.teaproject.org/#/leader_board to redeem mainnet CML coupon using your mined test TEA token. This is main goal of our mining contest.
