Usage of COFFEE

There is a design flaw in epoch 2.1. The COFFEE has no actually usage instead of generating interest rates if you leave it in the account.

The interest rate is very high but is still not attractive enough for people to sell TEA for COFFEE.

I would propose that we should give COFFEE some usage in next epoch.

• Buying mining machine. Just like real life, you need to pay fiat to buy mining machines
• Pay off COFFEE debt. Refer to Every contestants will receive COFFEE credit and COFFEE debt #36
• Interest as well
• award to TApp winners. This will be discussed in another idea in detail

In order to be qualified to be one of the winners, you have to repay all COFFEE debt before the end of the epoch. This will require contestants to sell TEA to COFFEE. The price of COFFEE likely goes up at the end, so smarter investors will gradually sell TEA for COFFEE earlier.
