Acceptance Criteria:

  • Flag should be ON by default in all environments (prod & staging)
  • The in-app toggles should still only be visible in staging, not prod

Notes

  • Engineering size likely a 1; but I put 2 just in case (it's theoretically possible that tests could fail, though hopefully not)
