I’ve used https://www.tt-exchange.org/ before although it’s UK focused many of the programs it collates and links out to are available globally. I think tt themselves tend to deal with providing NPO status verification to the linked partners. Looks like a UK based version of tech soup

Or, maybe some non US based resources will be good to promote as well. Not sure how you want to integrate these types of resource.
