Storm Racer G crashes on launch

Did this issue happen with an older version: Don't know. It is my first test

Game with issue: Strom Racer G

Detailed description of issue:
After game launch a white box appears for a brief moment. Then the game just crashes. There is no error message.

I tried with and without windowed and fixes. Using racing.exe as executable.

CPU: i9-13900K
GPU: AMD RX6950 XT (24.1.1)
OS: Windows 11 23H2

Reproduction details:
Start the game, wait till the white screen appears. Notice that the game just crashed.

Load in windows mode and use boarderless windows program.

any resolution to this, I have the same issue
