Add webcam support for Crusin Blast

Detailed description of issue: This is a feature request to add support for modern webcams such as Logitech as you have done for other games in recent months.

Reproduction details: When establishing a new profile your given the option to “take your picture” in which you just get a black screen as the webcam never actually turns on unlike other games. Ie MotoGP, Dead Heat, etc.
