Reminder on goals of the group: Definition of the role of the Service provider group together with all members:
1. First contact for the customers for helpdesk process and new feature request.
2. Definition of the services that a provider must be able to offer (or know to whom subcontracted) to a client.
  - A list of the services has been define and finalized during the meeting.
3. Assure the quality of the services.
  - This will be done by providing to all TEKSI provider a guideline to follow for each service.
4. Bring recurring problems encountered by users to the technical group
5. Define the courses that need to be offered to the clients and providers

Esquisser les besoins et les tâches du groupe – Thèmes pour workshop D a la journée des utilisateurs: 4 members are interested to discuss the proposed topics "Helpdesk and Ticketing" and "Training". From the members present nobody signed up. CM will lead the discussion and collects the feedback and brings it back to this group.
VA brings in wish for formation of Service providers to regularly catch up with technical developments. Arrange training session for this end of 2024 / begin of 2025. GS propose that the task could be seperated, having one person following the dev. of one only module.

A next date for certification is planned in November. VA volunteers to be expert together with AP and CM. Check for application deadline and certification data so it can be announced at the TEKSI User day. Send to SB till 27.8.
GS took over responsibility for the new datamanagement data courses. GS, MB and SB will be involved in teaching. TEKSI can be announced as a strong partner for training.

L’idée du VSA est de proposer les 3 cours tous les deux ans environs.
