Translation of TEKSI wastewater project - status and if needed assigning tasks for finishing quickly

- https://github.com/teksi/wastewater/issues/398 (Arnaud) SB and AP have tested how to add lexica (glossary) files to Transifex. SB will create a full version with modelterms (classes, attributes, values) and real live writing (classes, attributes) so translation of project files will be easier, as there are suggestions from the Lexica tab in Transifex available.

Errors Export Interlis with QGEP 1.6.3 - critical error see https://github.com/QGEP/QGEP/issues/872: SB is working on a fix so that relations to wastewater_network elements that have fallen out will be in again. This was due to an adaption to support "Export on selections". Wait with export till this is fixed and a new release is published!

INTERLIS Import / Export Testdata https://github.com/QGEP/QGEP/issues/871
- subclass error wastewater structure - this is not a bug, but a data error.
- SB has added new checks so that missing betreiberref / eigentuemerref will be checked and a summary is given before export starts really. This has to be corrected before an export is possible. Dito for datenherrref and datenlieferantref - here only as warning - but export will proceed. But needs to be adapted before importing VSA-DSS 2020 as there these two references are MANDATORY (see also updated documentation (pull request https://github.com/QGEP/docs/pull/228)
