Change in SW license

FYI,
the FIWARE Foundation is looking into changing the license of the source code of Orion-LD (the new SW developed for Orion-LD, obviously).
The reason for this is that we've had some complaints about the current license for not being "open enough".
Especially, AWS Garnet can't use Orion-LD as the lawyers of AWS don't accept the current license.

Now, this is a work in progress, no new license has been selected yet. The decision to change has been taken though.
The technical steering committee has been informed and will take part of the discussions.
Might be interesting for Orion/Telefonica as well.
