RTL message text problem #28974

Steps to reproduce

Open the Telegram Desktop app.
Navigate to One Random Chanel.
Observe that the message is not placed in the correct position

Expected behaviour

The message should appear in the correct position

Actual behaviour

Text message go under Message Box and it is not in right position (I think it is for RTL Texts)

5.11.1 x64
