Possibility of multi-select dropdown?

Hello everyone 😊🎉

Recently we started working for an internal project for Telecom and we started using Scale as UI library which we are so grateful for, thank you! 😊

However we came across few problems which were not solved by any component in the library (at least we did not find it in the docs) and one of them is dropdown select, but with possibility to select multiple items which in my opinion is standard use case.

And my question is, if we would like to add such a feature, what would be the process? Do we just create a PR where we extend options of current dropdown select component or do we need to get some design first for that?
