Describe the solution you'd like

  • For any core-based SDKs, publish musl-based libraries and have musl-based CI
    • Can wait until first SDK has it to see how CI setup is done best in GitHub
  • For the time-skipping test server, build a musl-based binary
  • For temporal.download, accept musl=true URL argument to only return musl-specific time-skipping test server
  • For Core, make sure to populate musl=true in the URL to temporal.download if compiled in musl triple
