Add AppImage for Linux distributions. #398

When running ToolMap with a selection of librairies on another Ubuntu version (16.04) that the one it was built on (14.04), it crashes.

Where can the AppImage be downloaded? |
The AppImage is not working yet and is thus not distributed. I can give you a version if you'd like to investigate on that. |

These include system dependencies that make the AppImage creation failing (see #398)
Keep the current debian package, but add an AppImage bundle in order to allow for multiple Linux distributions.
