Describe the motivation
There's currently no good way to get these on Linux.

Not sure where to pull for autoupdate

Chiming in because of my related request to package Firefox stable without Fedora bookmarks.

It depends on whether you want to build these packages from source. I was able to find source archives of both stable and beta, but it looks like for nightly you'll have to get the source code directly from the Mozilla Mercurial repo (ewww Mercurial).

Alternatively Mozilla distributes binary tar archives for all three channels. I don't know Terra's policy on packaging prebuilt binaries.

I'm finding it really difficult to find what the Developer Edition is actually built from.
