[Bug]: Recipes missing 1.20.1 Fabric

Bug Description

A random selection of blocks will have their recipe variants missing. The blocks in question are never consistent, and tracking them is not worth the effort. I've only personally noticed this happen three times, with gilded blackstone missing, then crying obsidian missing on the next restart, and then lanterns missing on the current restart. There is nothing related to Chipped in the logs, so I have not included them.

The recipes are missing in both JEI and the actual recipe table. It's not a case that JEI is not showing the recipe but it still works - placing the block in the table also shows no acceptable variants. Same issue as #239, which should never have been closed because the bug was never identified and resolved.

Current modlist:

KubeJS recipe manipulation never touches chipped blocks or the base (vanilla) blocks variants have had their recipes broken for. Changes list is:

• disabling recipes for create tree fertilizer, slice and dice sprinklers and liquid fertilizer
• Fixing zenith recipes as potions were somehow removed from regular recipes
• Fixing dreams and desires tin block ==> tin ingot being missing from a somehow broken tin_blocks tag

How to Reproduce?

Load the game. Select chipped block recipes in helper like JEI until you find one with a missing recipe.

Expected Behavior

All blocks have their recipes.

kinda having the same problem?
i builded a big part of the house out of rounded cobblestone and after adding a few other mods, that have nothing to do with cobblestone or crafting. the entire stone collection in the mason table had no recipes anymore. i still had my walls and blocks in hand. but they were no longer craftable..
