Ability to visually reorder Tasks & Dependencies

I'm frustrated when I'm editing a quest's tasks or dependencies and see that they're out of the order I'd like them to be. Example images below.

Solution(s)

I would like to be able to visually reorder tasks & dependencies in-editor. Even if you reorder them in the quest's json file, it has no affect on how they visually appear.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Making the order of when they appear in the json file have an effect on the order they visually appear in-game. While this is less intuitive than having an in-editor function, it could be easier to implement.
