[Feature Request]: Add location task to GUI quest editor

Is your feature request related to a problem?

I need to add many location based quests and while I’m aware it’s doable via code as stated in #233, that takes a lot of time, and is less convenient with having to reload and stuff.

Solution(s)

I’d like for Location task to be added to the dropdown menu in the GUI. After which you could enter either the exact coordinates or a min/max range and have it work like the other tasks do.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Doing it by code is doable I suppose, but I think adding it to the GUI would make it more feature complete and easier to use
