This is a little restrictive, with node attributes potentially changing recipe behaviour, generating multiplicity that the recipe <-> minitest file can't handle. The test/integration split could be separated by suite rather than by recipe?

I'm not sure I completely follow what you are asking. Maybe a quick example might help to get my head around this? Thanks!

Hmm, sorry a while ago for me too! I believe I wanted to test the same recipe with two different sets of attributes, and verify the differences in behaviour between the two runs, and I hadn't found a way to do it.
