Storage area for any custom files for HA

To do: Adjust volumes for notifcations to make the alarm loud and the others not so much Add noise for when in pending status (entry when in armed_away) Adjust tablet backlight levels either by sun or existing light status Remove unused Fire Tablet entries

Add ability to backup all files to some other source (NAS or Windows PC)
