Describe the bug
When a Business Process is renamed, related Record Types aren't pulled

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a Scratch Org
  2. Create a Sales Process (= Business Process) named "My Processes"
  3. Go to Opportunity, create a Record Type using this process
  4. Pull everything
  5. Change the process name to "My Process" (or whatever other name)
  6. Pull again

Expected behavior
Both Business Process and Record Type should be pulled, but only the Business Process, which means that the local metadata of the Record Type still references the old name, and thus is invalid.
