Currently only SQL Server provider.
Enabling support of multiple providers and remove the direct dependency on System.Data.SqlClient currently.
Impacted classes: RecordReader, IRecordReader, IConnectionManager, ConnectionManager, ORM.Core, QueryExecutor, App.Config, ManipulateConfigurationFile
