Migrate Plaid API from sandbox to enable real users #2

The current Plaid API is set to use a sandbox account. This feature request is asking to enable users to log in with their own account to view their personal transactions

Development mode will enable live user data, but it only allows 5 accounts with limited set of features.

If we want to do more than that, that's going to take a compliance review and contract commitments.

I'm willing to just do 5 accounts for the sake of testing for now
