Notification (popup? sound?) for when a selected trader refresh or

Describe the Feature Request

It would be nice if it would be to have a notification (a browser popup or a sound, ideally something that can be made when the page is not focused, but something else could work in a pinch too) when trader restocks (or is a time-defined before restocing, like a 5 minutes or 10 seconds). Ideally a notification for one or more traders should be selected.

The Stash discord bot provides this functionality already. Would have to think about the best way to add it to the website.
