Route list filter "has description" returns unexpected results

When searching for routes with description, the results do also show routes without description. The routes without description are even returned as duplicates. (see screenshot)

I've just noticed that these routes just until recently did have descriptions (which maybe helps a developer in understanding why they show up in the results - but it still looks wrong to the user):

In any case, the results should also not contain duplicates.

I assume the the problem is that the internal query just checks if an beta record for the route exists. Probably it does not check if the description has text. Deleting the description deletes the text from the beta record but obviously does not delete the beta record itself.
