Subject: [PATCH] Remove Southxchange

On January 15, 2024, SouthXChange disabled all deposits and withdrawals.

Per https://southxchange.gorgias.help/en-US/important-update-regarding-southxchange-383212 | https://archive.ph/754yF they have decided to end all of their operations.
