I'm encountering an issue with the Facebook app on my iOS device where it does not request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission, nor does it appear under Settings > Privacy > Tracking to enable it manually. I've made sure to open the Facebook app several times hoping it would prompt the ATT request, but it failed.
My device is running the latest iOS version 17.2.1.
Here are the steps I've already taken to troubleshoot:
Checked that there are no restrictions set under Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions.
Deleted and reinstalled the Facebook app, ensuring it's the latest version from the App Store.
Verified that the global "Allow Apps to Request to Track" setting is enabled in Settings > Privacy > Tracking.
I'm contacting you to see if anyone else has faced this issue and found a workaround or if there's any insight into why this might happen.
