new metadata items with updated PDFs

for Args in the new metadata that have updates to the PDF files, on CONTENTdm project client:

• find existing record in CDM using the CDM id or old objectid that is still in the cdm_pdf_link
• swap out the file with the new PDF
• if necessary, update metadata fields to reflect the new (correct) date: Title, Date, Identifier
• mark that it was done in the new metadata (new column fixed?)

Gather the group of updated PDFs on your computer so they can be eventually added to archives.

@evanwill Sorry for the delay on this, but I'm finally finished with these. I needed Kevin to show me how to add new items in CDM and we just got around to it. Let me know if anything doesn't look right!
