Add "Organizers" section

One of the things I'd love to add to this project is an "Organizers" section

Basically, the idea is that we have this documentation that helps explain how to add an overlay to a stream and more. However, this would be helpful information for more than just this event(s).

Let's add a section (either in a hidden page, or in the footer, or somewhere that's not intrusive) that documents how to setup a Tiltify team/campaign/overlay and deploy the site

• Discord Setup (bots/mods/roles/etc)
• Docsify Setup/Usage
• Tiltify Setup
  • Team
  • Campaign
  • Overlays
• Deploy section
  • Porkbun + GH Pages (mention homepage redirect)
  • "Other" (basically a stub of 'PRs welcome')
