Images and prompts lost when closing the window

All of my images, prompts, and output got deleted when I closed the window.
I think you are supposed to store and load .geniverse files on your local machine, but this wasn't clear initially

yes, in this early alpha, the way to save state is to save the geniverse file and then reload it.
Soon in the future we will begin storing the same in S3 and then preserving state in other ways as well.
This early Alpha only has the save and load geniverse files in the left menu as the way to preserve things

Could you save the .geniverse in local storage for now? I think multiple canvases / saving-reloading isn't as essential.

hey, yes, we have this in the pipeline

• saving to localstorage will be the next step probably
• later on saving to S3 in the cloud
• other refinements later on

the localstorage part should arrive pretty soon, thank you :)
