This will capture a lot of questions that ask about the "count" of various things (like bedrooms, equipment, etc) that currently exist and are being proposed through your application. Unlike projectType, we don't really have a known list of these possible values yet

Initial types were introduced in #40. There's still a bit of work to make sure they're robustly included throughout example scenarios
