Re-Order Puppets

With a long list of puppets (when mapping the hotbar, or when switching puppets in the NYI editor) the search bar is useful, but there should also be a way to rearrange the order in which the puppets appear. This could be done by holding down on a puppet and dragging them to the desired position.
