Theta Edge Node version 3.06(latest) Wont let me select Full Power mode!!

Its been months since this release has come out and i have never been able to select Full Power mode option on my edge node!

Why is this not working? This makes me feel uneasy about Theta, I am able to select the power mode, but then after the restart, it goes right back to light mode! This is so frustrating as i have alot of CPU/GPU power and can handle full power mode no problem.

Also i never get any caching jobs! so what the hell is going on? can someone help? I whish there was a way to reach out to Theta Labs Support about this
