Strange things are happening with the latest version of the plugin. Sometimes he does not get up at all normally and does not allow you to register commands. But that's not the weirdest thing. The strangest thing is that when installing the latest version of the plugin, the players lost the ability to use tools, as a result, blocks can only be broken by hand.

This is probably a conflict with some other plugin, but the previous version of the plugin did not have such problems.

I second this issue. Can confirm it happening on Paper version 306 for 1.18.2. Here's a list of plugins that I have in common with the user who opened this issue (assuming that this is a plugin incompatibility):
