Restructure folders so the code can be checked out into the Arduino Libraries folder and worked on.
This allows users of the code to check it out and keep it up to date.
It allows developers of the code to commit from the folder they are using, not copy/pasting files to the github checkout to commit.
Remove two extra (outdated) README.md files.
